Thanks for posting this, it made me look up the kick off time, which I was convinced was 12.45 not 1.30. Given that I will attempt to get to the Crown and Sceptre or if that is too rammed the Adelaide, by about 12.00. But if it looks like it will take 20 minutes to get a drink I'll just go to the offy, get one of those giant bottles of cider and lie down on the Green.

    C&S or Addie.

Stan, if the C&S is rammed, I'm sure we will let you know.

First time since New Years Day that I can travel all the way by train, so perhaps I will drink sufficient to contiue my discussions with the scarf sellers in SAR!

Where is best place to avoid CFC fans? Someone said Millwall took over Belushi's and heard rumours about the chavs possibly drinking in pubs down Goldhawk Rd but not sure which one.

Tea at 12.30 am? I would have thought a few tinnies would be more appropriate at that hour. Are you sure you're a Kiwi?

I may be down my local the George pre match but it's nowhere near the Bush as I could not get a ticket. Oh well, it's still a nice pub!
