Queens Park Rangers defender Clint Hill has suggested to ITV that Chris Ramsey's back-to-basics approach since taking charge has gone down well with the squad.
Harry Redknapp never appeared to settle on a favoured formation at QPR this season, but Ramsey has made sure that each player in the R's squad knows their role.
It is a tactical stance that Hill thinks has benefitted the QPR players and he says that Ramsey deserves a lot of credit for implementing it so successfully.
"We’ve simplified our game since Chris has come in," Hill said. "He’s not tried to bamboozle us with any mad formations or tactics, or any style of play. He just wants us to go out there and give 100%. And to show the desire that the fans and the club deserve.
Premier League[/a] table and they have work to do if they are to climb away from trouble.

Ramsey's side take on Chelsea this weekend and they will desperate to get a win over their London rivals, who have appeared slightly off-form of late.
The Blues have not matched their early season performance levels in recent fixtures and Hill will be hoping that QPR's combative style causes them problems on Sunday.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if one of the team slipped into complete candour and just blurted out that Redknapp was a bewilderingly inept chump? Won't happen. It's be top bantz though. LMFAO.
