Harry Redknapp thinks QPR can still beat the drop [Video] AddThis Sharing 88.8K23 SHARES FacebookTwitterEmail Feeds: Harry RedknappQPR By Paul April 9, 2015 Comments 0 Harry Redknapp has given this interview with BT Sport, discussing his time away from football since leaving QPR in February. Redknapp cited his poorly knee as the reason for his departure from QPR, though the cynics would suggest that he was thinking quickly, leaving before getting sacked, such was the disastrous run QPR were on at the time. They haven’t fared much better since Chris Ramsey took over, but Redknapp feels that despite being third from bottom, they can still stay up if they can put a couple of wins together.
Kiss of death. Good to see his knee lasting the whole interview and multiple flights to Dubai, when a few weeks ago he was in agony. ****ing charlatan.
Couldn't bear to watch that, but I heard Redknapp suggest the other day that we had a good chance of staying up now because Sandro, his inspired signing, was now back to fitness. Nice one 'Arry.
Don't we all wish he'd taken the Ukraine job? That was probably a load of bollox as well to rush gullible TF into signing him on his £3million a year contract. I bet he has a load of replica Rolex's up each arm and an overcoat full of snide DVD's...
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32236284?ocid=socialflow_twitter He's also bleating on about how 'people were against him' at LR - media whoring himself around in preparation for a Lazarus'esqe return to full knee function. Frankly his denial of responsibility for the situation at Rangers is nothing short of pathetic - a grown man unable to accept he just wasn't up to the job reverts to blaming unknown parties for destabilising the club - he hasn't even got the strength of character to actually come out and say who these individuals are - he's just content to sow the seeds of 'not my fault' to salve his own conscience. CR is a breath of fresh air in an industry full of bullshitters - whether we stay up or go down he has done more in a few weeks to give us back a sense of pride and belief in our club than HR managed to do. In hindsight - our promotion, and HR's decision to stay on for a season in the PL, has ultimately delayed a proper rebuilding of the club for yet another season - my hope is that we have finally turned a corner and that HR goes to another club so we can stop hearing him mentioned in the context of our club, and we can move forward and hopefully upward.
We now know him as a liar But watch him worm his way back into football My opinion has never changed he is useless and offered very little to the game ... Trouble is there are many people who have eaten his crap over the years and still think of him as good old Harry He made people think like that because he has to Everything I hate about England in one man
Harry is right about how there were those that were working against him at LR. LF was undermining him from the moment he walked back through the gates trying to get his mate Sherwood in. It got to the point where TF had him in and told him to rein back and not to be so bluddy obvious as it was splitting the dressing room. (Something I mentioned on here at the time). Very shortly after that Harry decided to walk of his own accord but Sherwood was not appointed (probably because he is an arrogant little tw@t and TF wouldn't want to work with him). Enter CR. Harry and his team didn't do a good job - not even an average one - but I have very serious doubts about LF and I believe that he has contributed to our problems this season. Hopefully now that he has got, just about, what he wanted things will change for the better behind the scenes. However, he needs watching like a hawk.
I share your doubts about Les in this role Eamon, but when he was appointed Redknapp said 3 things in quick succession: - it was his (Redknapp's) decision to bring him in - he didn't know what Les' job was - he thought Les' job title was stupid No, I can't work it out either, I'm just glad the old ****er is gone and we can get on with things. And if LF did brief against him, well, he's done us a favour, hasn't he?
Well whoopi thanks for that Harold, a real vote of confidence.......but just for completeness if you Harold had one your job with any degree of competence you would have taken some points away from home instead of treating them all as bonus games and setting up the side for a 0-0 draw then having no plan B when the opposition scored........you wouldn't have signed that has been Rio Ferdinand and built a side around him only to abandon the whole thing half way through the 2nd game of the season......but hey at least your knees are ok now and you look chipper, but I really couldn't give a toss as to what you think about us, I 'm trying to blot out the fact that you were actually associated with us.........
Redknapp thinks QPR can beat the drop... Does he now. The puppet faced prick obviously didnt think that on February 1st!!
