Bertrand is a decent player Jimmy.
Sorry but he is, and on this seasons showing, he pisses all over Moreno from a great height.
He has played in a CL final too dont forget (and performed excellently).

He was equally as defensively ****e when he played in your back 4

Blaming his awful defensive performances on Rodgers is ridiculous, the lad is completely unaware of danger around him, he's not a natural defender at all given what I've seen of him.

So as I said, clueless. Stick to FIFA jimmy

Surprised he managed to get ahead of Ashley Cole, given how talented he is(!)

And you're clearly a moron who sees everything in black and white - in the back 4, who was Moreno next to? Lovren - who is probs the last person who you need.

And then playing as a wing back which changes the whole dynamics of defending - but then again, the concept of wing backs is lost on you as 4-4-2 doesn't require them.

And I highly doubt that watch football other than Everton because if you did, you would have seen that Moreno was decent defensively at Sevilla, under a quality coach.

As I say, we're comparing two different players:

1 has the benefit of playing as a LB in a team that is defensively sound and has the benefit of the arguably the 2 best CM's in the league ahead of them.

The other is playing as a wing back, so defending is instantly harder, and has little protection from his midfielders. Not to mention he's younger and from a different country.

And the ones who think Bertrand is good on the back of Soton, are the ones who thought Lovren was a decent defender as well. It's easier to look good when you're well protected - most of the LFC team were protected by a world class attack last season.

And if you want to try and look superior, you might want to get your facts right rather than looking at Wikipedia.

He started around 20 games that season, with 5 apps coming from the bench. And you may want to check the mins he played.

Nice try Tobes - don't forget your pills Old Man. You're becoming senile. And I use the term 'becoming' very loosely. #cretin

Hahaha, you think you're a ****ing football genius, but your 'knowledge' is restricted to FIFA and Four Four Two. I'd wager you've never been a match goer and have never played the game to any sort of level at all. As at times you talk like a complete flute when it comes to tactics and player attributes.

So firstly it was Rodgers fault that Moreno couldn't defend and now it's Lovrens, ****ing hilarious. No lad, it was INDIVIDUAL ERRORS FROM MORENO HIMSELF, **** all to do with the system, the manager or his team mates.

Oh and as for football knowledge, given that you said Bertrand, had never played for a big club, despite having a full season for Chelsea including a CL final under his belt, I'd wind your neck in if I was you

No I think Bertrand was good on the back of Chelsea.
He didnt quite cut it at the time for us to become a starting XI player full time, but he certainly had the minerals.
I was a little bummed we sold him to be honest.

Not a Worldie, but certainly a decent enough player

Not when you lot played a very good rb at lb and a good CB at rb as well

He was not fancied at chelsea via he's an above average player at best

Moreno on the other hand is a world class.... Turd

57 times?? How many of those did he start? How many mins did he play? And that was across 9 years, you fool. How you cannot comprehend the fact that he spent more time at clubs likes Norwich and Forest, is beyond me.

He's not played more than 57 times for any other club....

However, that was never the point, the point was merely to show that your statement that he'd always played for 'small clubs' and he had less experience than Moreno who had little over 1 season in the first team of Seville ffs, was absolute bollocks - which it was, end of.

Hope you go for every player in that article except for possibly 2. Another couple of years of mediocrity await if you do. What a truly poor article. Lets just keep repeating the same mistakes!

Btw Rafa and his Napoli side got found out in semi's of the Coppa Italia. In the league they're a paltry 6th, the season basically over, fans turning on him. And he's thrown his toys out the pram and said he wont sign a new contract lol.

    So....let the w@nkfest begin <party>
