Still bitter over the SMB shirt thing? He was a young lad that did a daft thing. Was he not one of your better players when he was there too?
Tbf he has apologised and said he regretted it BUT he's just not a likeable lad fullstop! Looks thick, sounds thick and has a face ya just want to slap!
I don`t know how anyone else feels but for me it was a betrayal. I felt he could no longer be trusted. No different to one of your lot, in a bar, surrounded by Mackems, sporting a T shirt with FTM on it. Unacceptable.
QWOP mate, like the Murphys, I'm not bitter - I just hate the ****. Can't ever trust a mag to play for us, we've been bitten once ower many times by the traitorous ****s. I hope he never gets another job in football again after his inevitable sacking & ends up cleaning some cottaging public bogs on Jesmond Dene. And he can take his ****ing chum Chopra with him.
Come on fella, you know full well had it been the other way round the player would have vilified, chastised, ostracised and hated for ever. Mags have proved over time to be the more sensitive touchy group of the two fans.
Not that bothered about what he did ......... I think most club's supporters would react in the same way. Look at the hysteria from Newcastle supporters about Krul simply smiling at Defoe I just can't abide thick useless people sponging money out of the game. He'll struggle to find many more clubs willing to take a chance on his tactical & motivational expertise.
I agree with everything there apart from the first line. I was bothered about what he did and still despise him for doing it. I didn't like the thought of buying him because of his skunk roots, but he won me over with his football. Then his skunk roots trumped his football displays
