    A nice medium cooked rib eye steak with chunky chips, mushrooms and bernaise sauce. Beautiful.
    Also belly pork with loads of crispy crackling.

    If any of you like Chinese house specials, i.e special fried rice/chow mein, you will have eaten the red pork, and thought, '**** me, that was tasty'.

    Now get a nice pork loin, and marinate it overnight in the red sauce marinate..Then roast it...Probably the best piece of pork you will eat..
