To the best of my knowledge, I know no members of the trust. I have seen names in various postings but they are merely names to me. I may say I dislike a particular political party but I may have friends who support them. It isn't personal!

I don't want to start a new thread but I have a question.
If we stay up do we get £100m from Sky?
If city gets £100m from Sky will Allam reduce Hull City debt to Allamhouse.
Because if he does then his interest receivable will reduce. I believe he earns 5% on the debt.
Can he earn that sort of interest by investing the cash elsewhere? I very much doubt it but there again he is a super duper businessman so maybe he could.

Sir Cheshre. You have your opinions, I have mine. I may disagree with you but I will defend to the death your right to express yours.

(All this and Voltaire. too. What more can anyone want?)

The new TV deal doesn't come in until the 2016/17 season, so next season we'd get roughly the same as this season.

I have this skill of being able to listen to something, then form my own opinion on it. One day, when you grow up, maybe you will too.

I like Dr Allams idea, it was fresh and imo is ahead of the curve with what is required in a major kick up the arse of English football. You might be happy knowing the current top 6 will stay the top 6 for ever, so you can carry on watching them on Sky while we, if we're lucky, yoyo through the leagues.

Barmby had my full backing until he acted like a **** in his bosses office. At that point, he lost it.

I do love the team, I have little attachment and I am sure as hell not as hysterical about the word "City" either.

    Call yourself an adult? Pathetic.

Snap !!! There's a bloke at work who questions everything i say. If i like a tune, he doesn't,if i comment on something in the news,he gives me a another perspective. It's actually quite funny when i say some thing he obviously agrees with, because you can see him searching his mind for a reason to disagree. Then he just goes, Hmmn... <laugh>

English football needs a kick up the arse ? I think you'll find even your favourite businessman will agree, that when the the club finishing bottom next year, will rake in £100m,then English football's doing really rather well.

Go on then, what has he said and when that convinced you that changing the name was a good thing because it would 'give English football the kick up the arse it requires'?

It's funny that you went from never mentioning your view on the inadequacy of the name of our club or your desire for it to be changed, to insisting OLM was lying when he first said Allam wanted to change it, then to being ardently in favour of Hull Tigers when Allam admitted he really was going to try and change it.

How was your view that it will give English football the kick it needs, and increase our chances of being a top 6 club, affected when Allam admitted in a live interview that this is all just a dig at the council? How was it affected by the independent panel's assertion that there is no business case for the change?

While you're at it, what did Barmby do in his boss' office? Do you think the club were lying when they announced he was suspended for comments made in the media? Do you think it was unacceptable that when asked about transfer policy he said "we need to be a bit cuter"? Do you think that line was worthy of being suspended?

Or do you just go along with whatever Allam says and flip your position 180 degrees to suit your loyalty to Assem Allam, over and above loyalty to Hull City, our football club, and its heroes?

I love that list of reasons, it reminds me of how a 6 year old would list why they hated eating vegetables.

Best for me was "Changing his mind"!!! :emoticon-0136-giggl:emoticon-0136-giggl:emoticon-0136-giggl

According to Brandwatch, Hull City have generated the most negative posts on social media in the past two months, more than any other Premier League club.
