    We'd have to sell Abel first. Premier league rules restrict clubs to one Hernandez at a time.

    Not a chance, Man United want £17m for him, even his loan fee was £2.2m and he's at Real Madrid ffs.

    17m didn't realise his fee was that high generally sell quite cheap united, linked with Stoke etc so thought id gather opinion

    Hutch has a source. He isn't just speculating here he's hinting that he's heard it.

    I've been unimpressed by the reliability of his source in the past, but I think he might have got a couple right since then.

    The HDM have quoted £8m, although I can't recall what their source was. £8m wouldn't be bad value if the wages weren't astronomically high (which they no doubt will be), but he'll almost certainly head to a Champion's League club, clubs like us, Stoke and West Ham should forget about it.

    The story was in the Mail, they seem to simply be halving the fee that Man United were demanding at the start of this season, due to his contract expiring at the end of next season.

    Fee may be doable, but wages won't, and i'm sure there will be a lot bigger and better clubs in Europe interested in him so he'd not consider us

    I wouldn't fancy it. The way we play under Bruce we cant carry an out-and-out poacher, our strikers have to be able to do a hell of a lot more than that away from goal and he's just not the type.
