We're into the final stages of the season with it all to play for. Depending on results tonight and this bank holiday double we could be top again by the end of the Monday. Burton play a Stevenage side bursting to get into the playoffs so a win for them would really help us.

Town are fit across the pitch bar the season long injuries. Connor Goldson is due to play his hundredth game for the club and Grant and Lawrence have found their scoring boots. Will JLAA or Mangan get the nod to start? Sharpe is available after his one match ban.

Cureton will be the one to watch for D&R as he has 15 goals so far, which is pretty amazing for someone his age (just wish he scored a few for us). Another ex Shrewsbury player Labadie has been charged by FA for biting again.

Stats wise Town have beaten D&R 8 times and drawn once in the last ten games. Over the last six games we've been pretty equal though with Town 4-1-1 and D&R on 4-0-2 games.

Lets not worry too much about the Burton v Wycombe game but just concentrate on picking up three points. Dagenham are reasonably clear of the relegation places and presumably have improved since we played them earlier in the season. Mangan caused absolute havoc when he came on in that game so I would be tempted to start him with Collins. However MM seems to have found a formula which works at the moment so I am expecting an unchanged starting line-up. If we do get ahead perhaps we will see Barnett earlier because of the game coming up on Monday. We were so nervy against Oxford I predict a rather cagey game and a narrow 1-0 victory. Like everyone else I will try my best to give unqualified support to the team now - they have done more than enough over the season to deserve that for the run-in. I am not too bothered about being champions - for me it is all about staying ahead of Bury and getting back into League 1 where we have some unfinished business.

Agree GMM. Above all they need to buck up their ideas at home where they have been woeful for the last 3 games.

yes watch JC. 15 for daggers, top scorer for Cheltenham and top scorer for Exeter. just 40 this owd lad will pounce on anything loose so watch him.

sadly AJ will not be up in salop for the Exeter game. I have an eye condition which will prevent me driving that far, FS COYB. Argyle may beat or take points off burton.

Cureton was poor in our away game against them - I was more impressed with their young centre-forward (whose name escapes me) who was quick and physical. They are a direct side and we should be able to handle that and get our passing game going. We do not need any more slip-ups at home at this crucial part of the season - three more wins should be enough to take us up.

Looks like Lawrence is struggling to be fit after illness- this could be a blow but lets hope Clarke or Caton can step up to the plate if needed.

A workmanlike victory where we never hit the heights (especially in the second half) but we always looked fairly comfortable when we got ahead. A better side than Dagenham may well have punished some sloppy passing in midfield and we will probably need to pass it a bit better against Exeter. We seem to be playing better away at the moment so I am really looking forward to the game at Mansfield on Monday. Collo looked a bit jaded today so I would not be surprised to see Barnett start. We can go top for at least a few hours if we get something from this game and the pressure must now be on Wycombe to get a result at Burton as they must be looking over their shoulder at Bury's resurgence.
