    i think he comes off much less like a twat than most footballers

    this video is from years ago, he's just left home and gotten his first house - he's clearly got pretty bad taste but it's still less *bling bling* than your average premiership player

    he seems more like a bit of a sweet yet niave lad who's maybe a little culturally stunted.

    and he certainly does love wearing hats.

    read somewhere that when Dyer/Jenas were at the club he realised what twats they were and strived to be less like them. (although it may not have been written quite so succinctly in the original)

    He doesn't come across as a twat in any way! Think he comes across as quite a normal guy to be honest. Shed loads of Ps2 games, and he loves his hats!
