Erm well for breakfast sadly just porridge with soya milk and a sliced banana but for lunch I tried that new Eco place near the Winter Gardens and had asparagus risotto with a small glass of petit chablis......can't overdo it as a night on the Guinness celebrating BDS signing tonight in Chesterfield.
