....... and why have the BBC decided this is front page news? "ROI international James McClean says he was "hung out to dry" by former club Sunderland over his refusal to wear a poppy on his shirt." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32099083 please log in to view this image ""When you think two years later I finally get to speak about it. . . for me, that's two years too late. I think I was hung out to dry by the press people at Sunderland." So what's the explanation then
Why doesn't he just let it go..It was the press that made a big deal regarding him not wearing a poppy...
He was speaking about it the same day on Twitter. It didn't work at Sunderland because he was ****e. One footed and one dimensional, doesn't take long for Prem fullbacks to work out such basic wingers.
he came in for £x amount and helped us stay up and went out for £xx amount ........i would take this profit every day of the week , .......poppy wearing was his choice we all have one after all dont we. Money is in the till thanks a lot bye
Think you need to tell him that not us. It's him name dropping us in the press not the other way round. Can't imagine any of us gave him a second thought until this story.
