...so say the daily fail http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-finally-settles-football-s-great-debate.html
United obviously way out ahead of anyone. Biggest club even when Liverpool were dominant. Then probably Liverpool ahead of Arsenal just. Chelsea catching both though, maybe overtaken Arsenal globally if not parochially. But Chelsea still fourth in minds of Little Englanders
The clubs are also the two most successful teams in England; between them they have won 121 honours, 59 for Liverpool and 62 for Manchester United. I don't see that as way ahead, the success that Utd have enjoyed is more recent.
The bloke at the daily fail who wrote the article is Welsh Also Routemaster have only become a "bigger club" over the last few years, come back when you have a big stadium, bigger income, more silverware more fans, then we can talk about Routemaster getting 3rd spot
As a neutral (we're never gonna be anywhere near the top) I would say United quite comfortably ahead, followed by Liverpool, Arsenal & Chelsea. After that really you're looking at your Villas/Everton/Spurs.
How Europeans think (not Little Englanders 1 Real Madrid 2 Barca 3 Bayern 4 United 5 Juve 6 Milan 7 Chelsea 8 PSG 9 Arsenal 10 Liverpool
How the **** are Chelsea ranked 3rd for crowds, when it's supposed to include your history? They got 6,006 for a London derby in the league in the 80s, FFS.
Dreadful crowd in Div 2 v Orient in the 80s when we were in drop zone watching Mayes, Fillery, Britton, etc... You got 9k crowds in Div 1 when you had Waddle Hoddle Ardiles. Which is worse??
Yes but #campaign goes back longer than you think. The FA clearly had it in for Chelsea ever since that dog had a ****e on some grass and Chelsea were born.
9>6. It's really basic maths. The crowd was over 50% larger. None of those players played in that game, either. What would be really embarrassing is if we'd have had an even lower attendance in a Premier League game: http://www.11v11.com/matches/chelsea-v-coventry-city-04-may-1994-21697/
