A - Pretty tough. A lot of our players were terrible early on. Sterling is the only one who hasnt had a crap patch but I dont feel he's quite hit his best at any point either.

    I'll say Coutinho.

B - Harry Kane will be the press pick because he's English and scores goals. I'v enjoy watching Diego Costa. Fabrigas has done very well to. De Gea, Hazard... Tough choice again.

I'll say Falcoa... I mean Fabrigas.

    C - Harry Kane

    Coutinho
    De Gea
    Kane

De Gea's been the difference for United in the absence of good defenders. He's kept them in the race for 4th and I can't recall a bad performance from him.British media might give both to Kane though...

    A) Hazard - truly unplayable at times earlier in the season. De Gea has taken my breath away too with several stops. ****.

    B) Coutinho, by some distance. Ibe or Can for our ypoy. Up till Sunday I'd have said Allen as the most improved player. Not now. So I'd say Migs for that category.

    C) Kane. Thought it would be Barkley this year, but he's really disappointed.

Edit: I obviously switched the A and B catagories there.

    I find it hard

For us I feel nobody at all impressed me until December but for me the most consistent has been sahko and after that the best player is coutinho

For Overal poty I struggle this year. I would have said hazard but he's not been amazing lately. De Gea has been very consistent. Fabregas has been good, aguero started good but not so much since

Young poty has to be Kane surely

Sakho - simply because he's been consistent and the teams overall defensive performances have coincided with his return. Coutinho will probably get the actual award because only attackers seems to be recognised.

Hazard - likely to end up as Champion and he's a key player who seems to have hit a new level.

Harry Kane - really strange because he's not talented. Just watching his goals, it's amazing how he evades defenders but credit due - he's effective and scores goal. Will see if he can do the same next season.

    It's been said but:
    Coutinho
    De Gea
    Kane

Obviously I don't watch all of every game (apart from ours) and there are other contenders, but I'll stick with that.

Just had a quick look and David de Gea qualifies for the young player award, as he was only 23 when the season started so for the people who picked him as player of the year, I guess he'd also be your young player of the year?

    EDIT: Hazard also still qualifies.

that makes him doubly impressvie to be fair. as a young keeper he is nowhere near his prime so he should be at a very high levelfor a very long time which is of course why real madrid are sniffing round and hopignt o lure him on a free in the end. Why pay when you can get by with cassiallas, tap up de gea and reap the rewards?

I myself prefer players like hazard and degea to go for main award as young player is almost an insult to them. Its also not fair to real break through kids and i fee YPOTY should go 22 and younger now.
