    I would hope the 3 week ban got lifted by now, I may not be everyones cup of tea and had a permanent ban for reasons never explained to me.
    I ended up messaging the site owner after a year and then our mod team let me back, I don't think the 2 did anything that can't be forgiven and they should be re instated as agreed after 3 week sin bin.

    Well you've completely missed the point (that being a three week ban should be lifted after three weeks), but other than that, great post!

    Isn't this exactly the point? I'd be in favour of this.

    I'm not really a fan of bans, but a temporary one to remind them not to disrupt almost every thread was justified. Hopefully, they would be mature enough to tone it down a little should they return, and not end up permanently banned.

    I like the banter, if that's all it is, and I'd hate this to become a one-team forum with no outside input.

    As I've said previously on this thread maybe you missed it while 'lurking' is that I was keeping this thread alive so that after the ban the two involved could read what's been said about them ...that imo is only fair if I'd have known it was a lifetime ban id have known there was no point......I'm sorry you don't seem to be able to talk to people that support another team I try not to judge people on 'their' team......for me it's possible to have a chat/laugh with a Norwich fan.

    TBF Weighty, the majority of Hera's posts are aimed at us, I'd say that he is proficient in talking to fans of other teams. (Or at least one other team...;))

    Completely agree with you Gandy, spot on.

    But can I just check, for the record, that welly you agree? I.e. that if they come back and repeat their behaviour they fully merit a lifetime ban and you would see no reason to challenge such a ban? And is that what WCM also thinks?

    Yeah, no problems with that Rob, my only problem (if you could call it that) is that their stated 3 week ban has expired but hasn't been lifted.
