You clearly have no real understanding of what the City of Culture concept is about, neither do you have any appreciation of the amount of time and energy that an awful lot of ordinary people put into making things happen in Hull, myself included. The vast majority of them are most certainly not middle class metropolitan intellectuals and most certainly are proud natives of the city.

You should get out more, if only to stop making yourself look an utter **** when you post ****e like this.

Bleedin' hell you have a tantrum because a few kids had a go at you.

You need to grow a pair of balls.

My balls are perfectly grown thank you. Being an eggchaser ,I guess you are content to have a large number of Hull City fans verbally abused by your fellow chav RL inbreds.

Verbally abused? They shouted something about Chelsea & about City going down.

It's not really worth getting upset about.

If you go off on one after the smallest thing like this, i'd hate to see how you react if something major happened.

You're actually worse than the people who abused down anlaby road
Hull has always had it's share of anti City fans ( and it's not just rugby fans has your deluded twisted mind thinks)
At least there's a lot more city fans here than there was when I was at school in the 70s n 80s
Has for the City of culture being a waste of time there is already work going on that will improve it.
The biggest problem that blights the city is litter now that needs addressing but I'm not sure that will ever happen
So get out of your childish strop sunshine and stop being so bloody angry

It's amazing what kind of people get attracted to "pathetic threads", isn't it Polly?

Is that a real term? I thought it was just something from Summer Heights High.

Yes it is definitely a term used frequently here. I'm not sure if it would appear in any dictionary though but they can be seen driving Utes with their arm out of the window and knuckles dragging down the road, unless you are the passenger and you have your bare feet up on the dashboard or out of the window...

Well I do browse The Grauniad website, among most other news sites, but "metrosexual"??!!

"...a man (especially one living in an urban, post-industrial, capitalist culture) who is especially meticulous about his grooming and appearance, typically spending a significant amount of time and money on shopping..."

    Absolutely nowhere near! :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I preferred Mr G rather than J'amie. I'd have loved a Mr G spin-off series like the other 2 got.
