I sort of agree with this he is following the lease that is all he has to do. But still I think it's lousy how they are doing it but if they don't even think much of the fans who pay money, they won't give two ****s about the public.
Unfuckingbelievable. I used to think Ehab might actually end up being alright. Now it turns out he really is as big a **** as his old man.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02lb7hc#auto The second part interview starts at 01:16:00. Comes across as a utter **** and a joke.
He's not abiding by the terms of the lease. The sports hall should be available for any resident of the City to hire it, at a reasonable time. The lease provides a definition of a sports hall which isn't restricted to grass based indoor sports. It still comes down to whether the Council has the balls to take him on. I would think after the interview today that is slightly more likely.
Well then if I was campaigning I would be putting pressure on HCC to stop him. It's not like he is going to change his mind.
Allot of Me Me Me in that interview .... Blames the media then says I have to blame someone and I ain't going to blame myself .. How arrogant that was.
The more I see and hear from Allam the more I despise, detest and loath the man. He has consistently lied about everything concerning the name change debacle. His arrogance and attitude reminds me a lot of his fellow countryman and former Fulham owner. They appear to both be cut from the same cloth. I'm getting to the stage now when the sooner he is gone the better.
Who? Ehab presumably seeing as this is about him. He's as English as anyone on here. So not sure what fellow countrymen you're referring to or why.
I think if you had seen my previous post regarding the Allam's you will find I have "been onboard" a long time. I signed up to CTID in it's early days as well. Thanks for the welcome anyway.
Oh hes his fathers son without doubt !!!! The groundswell of popular opinion his mounting against them by the day it now just needs to tip past the point where HCC grow a pair and take them on.Revoking the SMC lease and passing it onto the "arms length" leisure co they've set up would be a good stating point and may even be enough to prompt the Allams to actually honour a promise......LEAVE !!!!
For my take its simple - other than the name change he's been brilliant for our club - it's a **** idea I get it, but can't we allow a little whim of a very supportive local bloke? If it's **** we go back to our name - simple - hull Sharks etc
Apart from loaning Hull City money, where has he been brilliant ? Everytime hes infront of a camera or microphone hes a PR disaster, allowing others to pour scorn on the club and make them out to be a laughing stock.Youve not even reffered to his latest move to change the use of HCCs Airco arena without justification or notification and WTF has Hull Sharks got to do with anything ? Also I don't know where you live but Egypt isn't local to Hull !!!
"He does a lot of good, charity work & all sorts of other stuff. Let's allow him his little whim, it's a price worth paying for all the good he does." Do you work for the BBC or Stoke Mandeville?
Well he's a lot more local than most owners of clubs - 40 odd years etc - hull Sharks was a reference to **** name changes that where reverced - loaned or not - people need to justify investment - it business
Hull Sharks was the work of another outsider who thought he could come in and ride roughshod over the people of Hull for his own gain at the same time as posing as a well intentioned philanthropist, and we thought times were bad with Lloyd. IMO apart from underestimating the power of the people Lloyds biggest error was buying BP without realising the length and terms of the Quik Save lease, lets hope the Airco/SMC lease proves to be Allams downfall
The piece about asking the fans opinion was simply embarrassing. He couldn't have made himself look more arrogant if he tried I always thought Ehab had a bit more about him, after that interview he sounds as clueless as his dad in terms of communicating with the fans The good news is that interview will be the the start of the death of this name change - he has no new evidence to support the business case, asking the fans (even those few who still support the name change) is irrelevant and he has no idea what to do next ffs.....
