Austin, Fer and Sandro (for 1 million) will be off. Ferdinand, Hill, Dunne, Zamora will join the old peoples home. Isla, Vargas will finish their loans. Green, Barton, Wright-Philips will be out of contract. New team to challenge in the championship?
I wouldn't worry about it northlondon. You'd be better off worrying about your personal lot and concentrating on the things that you can control in your own life. QPR will take care of itself. It's run by multi-billionaire business men who will have a back-up plan for such eventualities. They have a mantra... ''Always have a plan B.'' They've got this one covered my friend.
Yeah, Plan B, of course. It will be a reprise of Spike Milligan's mantra in 'Q8', "What are we gonna do now?"...
Think we could possibly do a Fulham when they went down use a lot of youth, Stability then build could take a few seasons to get back .
I'm not so much worried about names as I am about having the right numbers for each position. 2 dedicated left backs, and 2 dedicated right backs. 4 senior CBs with some youth prospects too. (Or some graduates from the youth team to make up that four). 3 wingers, 3 central attacking players, 2 defensive midfielders, 2 central midfielders. 4 strikers. Something like that anyway, as a basis. And a different combination of other players plus youth players.
Based on current form and current club philosophy........... Ramsey, to build up some experience, will stay on as Manager and the club development players will pad out and cater for all retirees and returned loan players. The club will finally find it's place in Division 2 and stabilize nicely, for quite some time. We fans will remember fondly our time in the big smoke knowing that such heady days won't be with us any time soon. Personally, my grey hair will turn white and my liver turn purple but we will continue to support the club at Loftus Road, or was that Oak Commons or maybe a shared ground not too far away for the local to travel to.
I'm more interested in seeing the right manager come in who can build a team from the bottom up. It's not Ramsey and I'm not convinced that Les Ferdinand will add much to the structure. Tony Fernandes has to get this right over the summer, or suffer a loss of fan support imho
Fernandes & Mittal sling there hook, we get sold to Brentford for a £. we become Brentford Park Rangers and move to a nice new stadium in Lionel Road, before becoming a super power in West London. That's what happens when you turn to drink, it plays with your head
McCarthy Furlong Onuoha Caulker Yun Phillips Henry (c) Faurlin Kranky Traore Grecko Roman wrestling cox Add youngsters and anyone else we can get in reasonably and that's not bad. Also doesn't need another revolution.
I would add Barton to that list. I don't there would be a rush to sign him by another PL club and if he can be persuaded to stay, he would be a very valuable asset / leader for the list you've created.
