I hope everyone who went to Wembley today had a great day out, despite the traffic and all the usual crap with actually getting to the stadium. I have been gutted for weeks at not being able to come home for the Final from Chicago, and today was even worse. (I should add that I've only seen City win once at Wembley, vs Bolton in 86. Saw us lose v Mansfield in 87, v Stoke in 2000 and Hull in 2008, so maybe it was a good thing I couldn't afford the trip.) Work has been tough to come by since I moved to the USA 2.5 yrs ago, so I had to jump at the offer to work at a large convention/exhibition here today through Thursday. Not coming home meant i could earn a few $$, but more gutted that I had to work today which meant I couldn't even try to watch the match live online. Strictly no mobile phone use while working, so didn't find out that we'd won until everyone was well on their way home from Wembley <sigh>. Anyway, I wanted to ask if anyone recorded the Sky Sports live coverage today to DVR, and had the ability to burn the coverage/match onto a DVD? I'd be happy to pay someone for a copy. I am still using a laptop I brought here from the UK, so can watch a British format DVD. No worries if not, I'm sure City will be selling a DVD. But I'd love to see the Sky coverage "as was" if possible. Or perhaps someone will be uploading to Youtube? Thanks in advance either way, and lets hope today is the first part of a historic City "double".
Thanks JGF, will try to watch that online shortly through one of those video feeds with the pop-up boxes.
Windy - I was sat watching the BBC text commentary today as could not find a way to watch the match over here. Sucks! Hoping for some good stuff on youtube.....
