No booing your team at 19:04 today please, we don't need ANOTHER poisonous atmosphere created by your negativity. We all remember the shame you brought on us during the West Ham game and the way it clearly affected the players, let's not have a repeat eh? Thanks in advance.
I definitely don't agree with it, but I think it's rather naive and ignorant to think they were booing the team.
This^^^ Well we've not heard the rumour, and we use this forum. Maybe the "silents" have their own forum ?
Just a premonition after Allam has stoked things up again and Bruces 'park the name change' comments.
Spot on DD. Sadly it seems inevitable to me. Booing inside the ground in response to the mention of your teams name is worse than booing the team, it's booing the club. If you don't like Hull City and hearing those words upsets you then go start Hull Tigers or whatever team it is you'd rather support from the bottom of the pyramid.
Have I missed something? The booing happened ages ago and only happened the once as far as I can recall. Why has the topic been brought up again? I'm one confused mo fo.
i dont think there will be any booing If there is and theres more people booing than ctid'ing where does that leave you?
Just because last time it happened was after Allam's last rant when he announced the arbitration. This is first time it's resurfaced since.
Was thinking the same thing. It hasnt happened all season. On the surface it looks like a weak attempt to curry favour with CTWD members.
There won't be many at all, but you can't miss booing. It's louder and clearer than people singing. Last time there was 4 or 5 people in my half of the West stand, I could see which individuals it was, but it was plenty loud enough to hear. It'll be the same again. Hope I'm wrong though.
It leaves me thinking that after over 50 years of mainly mediocrity, and my club being the butt of derision from local glory hunters, that when I can finally be proud of what Hull City are achieving it is disgraceful to think that someone wants to take the name of the club I have followed away. Even worse, people more interested in watching the PL stars whilst sat in silence than supporting their team, are happy to go along with it. If it is such a good idea start up a Hull Tigers and work your way up like City did. The money and sponsorship will roll in. Oh, except it won't. It depends on being in the PL not some change of name nonsense.
Like i said, just a strong premonition after this weeks events and Bruces subsequent comments about dropping talk of the name change. The allam arse lickers on the hull t***rs facebook page are giving it the nonsensical 'Stop singing City til i die and get behind the team' swill once again when it's fairly certain that "19:04" will be the loudest/most venomous it's been all season.
