I agree with glory, Redfearn is ****e and thats not a reaction to today so far. We have a bigger squad than what he makes out but he hasn't a clue how to use them. He stumbles into selections due to injuries and continues playing the same players (out of position) until another injury comes along. I still expect us to get something from this game though but if we don't it is defo Redfearns fault.
I could understand your constant Redfearn bashing if we had been losing matches, but we have been on a good run. Now he and the team may have had a bit of luck on that run, but who would you replace him with and how long would the new bloke be given till his head was on the line. I've always said that I'd prefer him to manage/coach the youth side. But he is the first team coach and I see no point in sacking him till the season ends. Like the saying goes you can only work with the players he has. I've said it before, I don't rate the Italians or the other foreigners we have, but that's down to Cellino.
The players are by and large good enough. I just don't want this clown near the first team fecking us up with his inept philosophy next year. I want us up, I want us penning teams in and getting the ball back high up the pitch and not just playing percentages that most shots teams have done lead to goals. If Redfearn is the answer I have no ****ing idea what the question was.
Sounds like a poor performance and Redfearn must shoulder the bulk of the responsibility, but that pitch is just appalling.

Oh it's no excuse, he knew the score and he should've known that it'd end up as a long ball slog and adjusted the team accordingly. After all the years of long ball we've suffered, we should be experts at it by now
I never said he was Glory. But he's all we've got. Lets wait till the season finishes and take it from there.
