He is a very good centre back at that level. He can also do a decent job at right back. He is strong in the air and attacks the ball really well from corners. He is decent on the ball but he does like to go long most of the time. Everyone though Morrison and Jack Hobbs was going to be our centre halfs for years to come until Paulo Sousa came in and messed both of them up. They started making schoolboys mistakes and never recovered. Morrison missed some leadership after Nigel Pearson and Chris Powell left. I hope you go up as all City fans love Chris Powell for what he did for us and he showed loyalty to us. Powell had a great rapport with the fans here. I will never forget his 1 match in charge when we beat Scunthorpe. Franck Moussa scored in the last minute and Powell ran onto the pitch and jumped on the players and hugged the lino There's only 1 Chris Powell Good luck for next season
Thanks for the review on Morrison Proud Fox. From what you've said it looks like he could be a good signing for us if the gaffer can get him back on track. On Powell... It's testament to him as both a player and a person that he is so loved by the fans of all the clubs he has played at. I truly hope my beloved Charlton can enjoy a long successfull period under his management. Other than what our friendly fox has said, i know nothing about this lad. However, on paper this looks like a really good signing to me. He's had experience of playing in the Championship and at 23 he's still yet to hit his prime. The big plus for us is having been deemed surplus to requirements at Wednesday by a clown like Megson he'll be chomping at the bit to prove himself. I'm also encouraged that Powell knows him and has worked with him at close quarters. Which means he ought to know what makes him tick. Hopefully the blend of Taylor and Morrison will be a good one for us.
Megson knows absolutely nothing about football i wouldnt worry what he thinks in the slightest. Chris Powell knows Morrison inside out and if he didnt think he was good enough he wouldnt of signed him would he of. Morrison needs a little guidance something Powell will give him
I thing you may have miss read my post PF... Megson is a joke of a manager Imo. I don't think it'll be long before Milan sees through him! All I'm saying is that by being written off Morrison is likely to be that bit more hungry. I have every faith that Powell will get the best out of him.
I thought this was a bit strange, and was surprised he left Leicester, great signing imo, Megson knows nothing! He'll do you well next season, at CB or RB

I know a sheff wed fans who he told me that Morrison is an under performer, like everyone else I know nothing about him.
Powell will know what he's doing as it's a player he knows. Hopefully Morrison bounces back from his time at Wednesday ready to prove himself. Regarding Megson, I think it's funny that Wednesday fans say the exact same things about Powell as we say about Megson.
The thing about that is Powell is a new manager, a risk, where as megson is a consistent failure. Which one I'd take first is an easy choice
