A lot of clubs use it. Are we missing out, is it maybe a way forward? Maybe it's just us noisy ones that hate it, and perhaps those in favour are just afraid to speak up? Anyone think goal music works?
Don't like goal music. Never will! I small part of my hate for Burnley comes from that bloody goal music... never enjoyed a good result there.
What is it there for? I've never once heard a reasonable argument for it. After a goal is when there is most noise and atmosphere anyway - I know when to cheer. if you were going to play music then a more logical idea would be at quiet times in terms of atmosphere.
I think we should play Hats' "You Are a ****" song when somebody misses a sitter or does something idiotic like getting sent off.
Goal music? Have you ever been to an away game where it has been used? It's so embarrassing, just makes you look a bunch of tools. Teams like Stoke, West Brom and Palace use it and it's just cringy.
Add Chelsea Dagger to your list too .......... shame on an oldskool club like Nott'm Forest, running out to Mull Of Kintyre and Chelsea Dagger after a goal!
