Yeah I agree mate but I don't push the mistakes aside. The good counts along with the bad unfortunately.

Wonder what Dick is like with the kids? :emoticon-0136-giggl We've got some cracking youth players coming through. You should see Mandron now, filled right out. We need someone like McClaren in summer to introduce these kids because it's a very promising crop. They love to pass and move with a high tempo. Much better to watch than the seniors.

I get the feeling Congerton is keeping his beady eye over youth and once he has a manager who's not a ****wit to work with we'll start seeing stuff work.

Absolutely this. Last two games he has been poor but the rest of the season he's been very good. Funny how no one mentioned getting rid until a couple of bad performances. He'll still be here next season

He's no captain in my eyes, he was wandering around on Saturday like a pit pony brought blinking into the light.

Both good keepers.Pants a bit better coming out taking high centres, althuogh he wasn't so good on Sat and Vito quicker for lower dohwn close in stuff.anyone's guess.
Who knows about the rest either. The key thing is that now the coach is likely going to do something about what we have all seen as ineffective. Most of our players have pllenty wrong with them so it is really about getting the blend right in a shape in defence and attack that matters.I won't complain if DA (remember the DA )haircut? tries things out and thry don't immediately click as long as he keeps at it.Gus wouldnt.

We miss Vito's distribution. I'd bring him back in. Nowt against Pant's all round game but we lose the ball virtually every time he collects it.

I'm sure DA will come in and first thing he'll say is it's a clean slate for everyone. That in itself should relieve some of the pressure on some of the players under the cosh at the minute, like JoS, who'll be acutely aware of his recent poor performances.

A good start from DA for me will be to start playing the lads in their correct positions, not shoving them out of position all the time like Gus, which in itself should instil confidence in them straightaway. That'll be real progress for me.

He's done little wrong but he seems detached from the general play imo.

His relationship with the defenders seems vague and is too quiet at times.

Need to look this up. If so that's ridiculous. He's been **** for years broken up by a few decent runs.

Contracted to 2017. I'd really be trying to shift him.
