I'm sure some people do, otherwise there wouldn't be an omelette called a chopped pork omelette.

 

Don't know really, I stayed in a B&B and the lovely landlady made it for me.

Sliced super market stuff I think.

Had me a mushroom omelette for lunch, was smashin'.

Woulda made the bhoy one too but he's out buildin dens wae his team.

 

Had omelette for me dinner and used onion,mushrooms,sliced rashers.I fried them off first then added me egg mixture which contained 3 eggs,milk,freshly chopped parsley,black pepper and mature cheddar.To finish it off stuck it under grill with more cheese and I have to say it was gorgeous,thank God or Mon for this thread.
