    Been unimpressed by both Sterling and Sturridge tonight, the former in particular needs to get his head down and stop thinking about money

    Allen has been excellent and I never thought I'd say that, been up and down the pitch, helping in offence and defence, and holding the ball up well

    The back-line has been quite solid too, seems they are growing in confidence but with more still needed

    Been a lot of averageness elsewhere in the team, particularly in a pretty terrible first half, but we've picked it up and the lads have got a very important win by dragging a performance out of themselves by force of will it seems

    Massive win, we were fortunate to be in it at half time though.....now it's 4 points between us and City <yikes> and breathing space between us and Spurs. Win next week and it get's really interesting.
