Sturridge showing yet again that his pressing abilities are 0 and is still getting by on Suarez's awesome ability last year. He doesn't work off the ball, Suarez & Sterling did most of that work last year and Sturridge just sort of got caught up in the moment and did a tiny bit.
It's too easy for them to overload a zone, they always look like they have more players on the pitch. We would be down one or two if we played someone ruthless, there's time yet
But with 3/4 of them up a decent pass and movement by coutinho should be opening them up... We are taking far too long to pass and move
Swansea start wit 10 men because Gomis takes 20 minutes to change his boots Skrtel does the honourable thing and puts the ball out of play under no pressure to allow him to come on, yet Swansea don't return the ball to us... very unsportsmanlike.
Just switched over to watch the 2nd half, seems we're not playing very well. Game looks a bit **** in general
We're slow because we don't own the midfield Better atm cos we have 4 players around the centre circle when we are bring it out. 4 players instead of two in the same area in the first half.. Rodgers got it wrong first half, paid too little respect to Swansea we were 361 there for a minute
You can see why our recent games have been won by strikes on the edge of the area....if we are lucky enough to win this, reckon it'll need another like it
