I thought he'd missed it when he hit the keeper's foot. Hope he doesn't go down the middle every time...Matty always placed it.
Very easy to lavish praise on the likes of Morgan, Mane and Fraser today (and rightly so, I might add!), so I'll highlight Tadic. Playing on the left, linking up with Bertrand, I thought he very much looked like his early season self today. Big, big thumbs up from me, and fingers crossed that he is him over his recent slump.
Thought the whole team did very well today, was pretty much like the game against them at St Marys. Lets follow it up with a win next weekend and we will go into the international break in very fine fettle!

Soton Old Boy - I've never been scared of shooting - my wife and I often exchange gunfire at breakfast.
Don't think Tadic played well. Shot when should have passed, passed when should have shot, got lucky with pen. Not back to his best for me. Long, Bertrand and Toby played well... Forster motm.
Sunday Mirror team selection predicted Matt Targett to start at left back, good to see our National papers keeping up with situation.
Tadic? Most of us table top managers were saying he only plays well on the left side, we rest our case.
Thats's a bit arse like Mike; not like you really. As you said ..."In certain games..." I thought it was right for the WBA game, not permanently. I was wrong about that in the WBA game due to that early goal. Doesn't suit you that mate.
In the style of Mikey .... I think I said that the very first time he played him on the right... not everyone agreed.
Can't find the stats (which is not like me) but going down the middle on penalties is the most successful strategy. Obviously not if you take every penalty like that every time but it has a significantly higher success rate than anywhere else. However, few players do it (which is one reason why it is successful) because if the keeper does read it, you look like a real twit. Vin
Tweet from Big Vic. Victor Wanyama@VictorWanyama ยท Tough game at bridge but positive results our fans today they were amazing, time to chill and get ready to the next one.
If you take this method you are quite likely to connect with a GK's trailing foot, but would be unlucky if it prevented a score, takes some nerve, you could always go down the Lovren method, Row ZZZ beckons.
