Everything that i wished our team could be like. Look how they have defended tonight. organised and committed. passionate manager who doesn't spend millions on wasters. They will probably go down but at least the white flag isn't flying over their ground. As a club we really are in a poor state
Organisation and passion, not too much to ask for is it?! They did very well and this will give them a big confidence boost.
Every one of their players busted a gut for them tonight, show's us up for what we are, spineless wasters...
Superb result for them and brilliant credit to a club that has stuck with its team and squad We had Harold
He wouldn't get in any Championship squad, apart from us he'd have to head off to a remote part of the world to ply his trade.
Well played Burnley, they clearly demonstrated the grit & determination that our team currently lacks - they deserve it if they are able to leapfrog Sunderland and stay up. I really thought our win and level of play at Sunderland would be a turning point and defining moment in our season, oh how wrong I was.
SWP was no worse than any of them A few dodgy passes a few good tackles A few good passes The fan base on here has to have one to pick on Anyone want to tell me he didn't try and got caught not doing his job You sick infected sods The overall play was not good enough by any of them they all looked poor SWP was ****ed by Harold and you brought it as was Taarabt yet he was clearly our best player again Fouled 9 times Why not rip Into something else Palace fans appalled our support and identified bits of skill around me as it happened ... Tasrabts drag back flick first half The Phillips goal and his efforts Time to look exactly how sick a Rangers fan has become
And the two years before Harry? In which he never scored a PL goal and wasted the ball with his aimless runs and passing? We are where we are because we have and have had too many players happy to pick up silly money with the minimum of effort or skill. When the going gets tough our 'stars' give up. Look at Burnley, last year their highest paid player was on £8k a week and I doubt they have any player on more than £15k a week now yet they have hunger, pride and desire, things that are alien to our overpaid tossers. You eulogise over Taarabt with the odd twist, turn and drag back yet he was his usual lazy self, along with others, allowing Palace oceans of room to play in unpressured and effectively surrendered the game and then have the cheek to call us 'sick infected sods', you're the sick one...
Did you mean that the Palace fans were appalled at our support? The only morsel of vaguely positive news from yesterday was that the QPR fans were so noisy on the TV. I presume that changed as time went on? I have never seen QPR fans leave as they did in droves at Sunderland which left me wondering whether Sunderland are catchable. I think they are - by Burnley sadly.
