I do like this no nonsense kind of attutude but apparently he is also able to have a laugh with the players if appropriate. that makes a good basis in my opinion and the results have reflected that on the whole. Wigan is really the only blotch to me (I know we lost to Brentford but that was part of the early learning curve) What I would add in conclusion is that if we re-played the last 12 matches I doubt that we woudl be able to match the points return.
