hi everyone, Just wondering if any of you can help with a question re tickets. I have travelled over to attend the festival for the 5th time. Normally we book in plenty of time and take our tickets with us, however this time the tickets were purchased for us as a present and it was left late and therefore we have to collect on the day. I have just arrived in England and when getting everything ready for tomorrow I realised that the ticket confirmation email states that we may have to produce the card that booked the tickets on collection. Obviously as the tickets were booked as a present I do not have the card used to book. The tickets were booked from my jockey club account and are in my name. Obviously am a bit worried now. Has anyone any details and able to tell me if I will have an issue collecting them or will my own ID be sufficient?? Any help would be greatly appreciated and good luck to all posters during the festival.
I would give them a call in the morning and explain the situation. As it is a gift it should be OK but it may be worth finding out in case the holder of the purchasing card needs to call them or produce a letter. In the latter case, hopefully a signed letter scanned in and emailed will do Extracted from Cheltenham ticket ofice Why not use the Jockey Club Gift Card as a way to reward and recognise your staff?
