We can't get fibre optic over here yet so I'm with Sky. I thought Murdoch may as well have my custom for broadband and telephone. As I was concerened he might be a bit skint.
Not really had any problems, when I have I've contacted them and they've sorted it all out for me. I just don't like seeing the new deals for new customers like the 32inch TV for any new customers. So I make sure to complain every three months and they sort out a deal for me.
Don't like the billing system with BT, you have no idea what you're paying as some is in advance some is in arrears. Sky I know the amount I pay every month.
