Figgy. For that challenge. Ireland did Meyler. Good team play that get the **** back. Abel Greegsy. Far too many picking Macca. Not close enough to Crouch, you dont have to win the ball to put a player off.
Hatty old son, if Aluko, Meyler and Figueroa were our best players then we are doomed my friend. I missed the game but just watched the first 20 minutes of the replay and I would sooner watch paint dry. I know injuries have decimated us this season but we have no depth whatsoever. Aluko, beats his man brilliantly in the penalty area near the touchline, has two men on his right in front of goal and "Goes for Glory" yet again. Opportunity wasted. I would sooner see the tea-lady playing than him. I shall rise at 6.45am and watch the game against Sunlun (which I have forecast as a 1-0 win for us) in the hope that we play some semblance of a striker in the final third of the pitch - or the tea-lady.

Cheers for this. First glance and its crazy that Elmo is so low down. I think we all forget how consistent he is and dont vote for him.
Someone says this every month - I think Elmo is pretty much always decent. He doesn't seem to have much difference between his top games and his shockers, his level is somewhere about 6/10 every week, so there are usually 3 or 4 players better than him.
I disagree. I'd say he's 7 at worst. I dont think he ever has a bad game. It seems even in defeat people still stick a CB in no matter what. I mean Mcshane came third but he lost Crouch for the goal, thats weird. If Bruce had done it he'd be called to ****.
I don't think he ever has a bad game, it just seems rare that he ever has a stand out game this season. I haven't seen the goal but I agree that it's an easy vote to just stick a centre back in third. Usually I find when I think about it that there are 2 in my mind straight away to vote for, then I think who didn't make any major **** ups for third place. Usually defenders come to mind because you want more than that from your attacking players.
