If only there was a gas leak when Kanye's mates were playing around with them flamethrowers. The Brits are dirge. None of them have any personality whatsoever.
He's no Rick Astley and thats a fact. I like Paloma, good voice and a bit different. Ed Sheeran is ****e. The mrs is still replaying Madge falling over.
Madonna has more probably got publicity for falling over then if she'd of given a show stopping performance. The thing you have to think about at these awards is they need people to turn up. Bowie got award last yesterday and didn't bother to turn up. There's plenty of good music if you're willing to dig below the the surface. The Struts, Benjamin Booker and Jungle are great.
He's released one record in 12 years, very much doubt he's constantly recording. More to do with he fact he can't bothered to turn up to pointless awards
Since he came back to the fold he's been recording quite a lot actually. He's recorded something like 4 albums worth of material.
The likes of Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift have really good voices, definitely better than the likes of Noel and Liam Gallagher. However, it's their personalities and song-writing skills (or lack of) which are ****e. They're obviously talented singers and they probably spend most of their time training their voices. Indie bands like Oasis spent the majority of time writing brilliant songs rather than refining their voices.
Didn't say it wasn't. I agree that song-writing is far more important than singing. Noel and Liam had pretty average voices but wrote great songs.
Nothing to do with the Brits but what the hell is going to happen if Australia wins the Eurovision Song Contest?
Don't wanna disappoint you Roo, but given the politics behind the voting bloks in that particular sorry excuse for a Saturday night, it ain't gonna happen.
I dunno, we've still got some talent here although the week the Euro's are on AC/DC will be in Scotland so that's out. Olivia Newton John, Yothu Yindi, Keith Urban and Frank Ifield have been touted but I reckon they will come up with something for Jessica Mauboy who won a few over as a guest artist last year.
Eurovision is about many things, but talent isn't one of them. Is Frank Ifield still alive? I remember him.
Do you not think in the 90's Liam had an unbelievably good voice? I may be biased being a huge Oasis fan but I think his voice was actually what made Oasis the huge band they were/are, without a doubt the songs were absolutely brilliant, but without a voice and personality like Liam's I'm not convinced they could have achieved all they did.
