Soldado and Chadli were one on one with the keeper with no defender in sight. Soldado merely had to square the ball to Chadli to pass into an empty net but underhit the ball and the keeper grabbed it.

Nope, two v one through on goal. He underpowered the pass to Chadli and the goalkeeper literally just saved it with ease. He had so many options to either score himself or pass. It was embarrassing!
Sounds horrendous, hopefully he can redeem himself. Thanks for update, can't even find the game on the radio! Typical ITV have all the group games then as soon as it gets interesting it disappears to BT.

Yeah I reckon he'll be the fairly near the top of the transfer listed players, along with Adebayor, Kaboul, Capoue and Chiriches. My only concern is - who'll buy him?

We've played well and should be ahead - literally after Soldado's 'moment' there. If we don't take this tie then he's going to be under some serious pressure, he probably is already after that.
I know it was really poor from soldado but I do feel for him....he tries so hard but it never comes off for him
