Mention to Aluko... thought he was great when he came on, and just what we needed at the time - much more direct, took them on and tracked back well.

I'm going for Dawson as for most of the game he seemed to be the only one interested in getting the team forward. Really like the look of N'Doye

Jelavic, worked his socks off. Again
Elmo, great workrate and some great balls into the box.
Dawson, looked solid at the back.

Much better from Thudd, Brady and Elmo were way behind their best today but a huge 3 points!

    Vendetta? Silly tart.

I love his workrate and commitment, but he just isn't a good enough footballer at this level. Great squad man; good as a sub for certain situations, but that's all.

    What a ****ish comment.

Do you even support our club?

Anyway, since when were us mere supporters allowed the privilege of an opinion on tactics, player performance/ability etc?

I thought such niceties were reserved for managers and other professionals only.

    Jela
    N'Doye
    Dawson

The two lads up top worked themselves into the ground and were a real nuisance, N'Doye has slid into the team brilliantly and with jela we look to have a fantastic pairing, when all was looking panicky at the end Dawsons experience and level head came to light a few times, great commander of the backline.

It's not ****ish. ****ish is when you use derogatory terms like "****e" or "fat headed ****", as you often do. If I offer criticism of one of our players, it's done in a reasonable and rational manner.

    Raise yer game, miss.

Rubbish Polly. Well deserves his place. Did you see the way he ran off when subbed? This is our player yet you can tell he tihnks the fans are against him Piss poor. Works his bollocks off sacrifices for the team. So Hudd can stroll about.
Its a **** way to treat a player who gives it his all for the team.

Hard to pick out individuals but we were bloody good as a team today. I think people get too hung up on sideways passing and don't realise how hard it is to just pass through teams who are sitting back. It wasn't easy to get the 2nd goal at all today, but they kept at it, stayed composed and confident, ignored the "forward!" brigade and were rewarded with the chance late on.

Huddlestone was a lot better than recently, some great passes and from what I could see he didn't react to Barton at all. Good lad.

He was the only midfielder attempting to get things going and move up the field. He struck the ball fantastically for that volley which was blocked. He made some good passes into the strikers unlike Thudd and Livermore going sideways with everything. He also gave 100% effort as he always does, won plenty of free kicks and generally harried their midfield. We would have been much poorer without him today.

Thought N'Doye was actually very quiet, didn't think it was gonna be his day but what a huge goal that could prove to be. Back to back wins is absolutely huge for us.
