That goal gives me such hope. It was just brilliant and it gives the team the confidence to say that they can take their future into their hands with or without their thoughtless captain. Good on ya' Charlie.
Great goal by Cahrlie, shows Hull what they miseed. as for Joey, i think harsh. Huddlestone got a little push and collapsed as if he got punched by Mike Tyson. I think a case of reputation going before him.
Surely Bobby for a yellow soon for persistent fouling. Him and Furlong did well in build up to the goal, passing it rather than lumping it.
I got attacked by my dog when I leapt to my feet at Barton's red, got chased up the stairs and around the bedroom, then got sat on and had my arm chewed. When I'm finally back Austin has equalised. Was it a good 'un, and should I get the mutt excited again?
Rubbish, he pushed Bruce (that would have been harsh) and tried to thump Huddlestone in the balls. Bizarrely in the seconds before he had been doing the captain's job and trying to keep players out of the ruck around the ref.
How's Furlong playing? Was it a bad foul for his booking? Take Zamora off at half time to strengthen midfield now we're down to ten?
Furlong looks good, poorly timed tackle for the yellow (deserved) he was trying to get the ball back after he lost control of it. Jelavic was writhing around led to the scrum and sending off. Gets forward well, wants the ball, small role in the (very good) goal. We actually look better going forward with 10 men, but it's shaky at the back. I'd leave it as it is for a bit, every chance we'll get another the way we are playing. Also every chance we'll concede one or more. Perhaps Doughty for Kranky and Zarate for Zamora in a bit, get some more energy in there.
