Well after watching that, Tony Fernandes should of come and asked the not606 QPR board what's the best way for QPR to go forward. After four years the penny has finally dropped. At least he got there in the end.
A player has text him (TF) and said .... '' We will make you proud. We are playing for you, Chris and Les and we'll make this a fairytale and make you proud.'' Who do you reckon text that?
Well lets hope Sir Les can run a club as well as he could score goals. He has been around football for a reasonably long time. So i am hoping he has picked something up along the way. I think like Tony said it is now or never to put a sensible plan in place. I am just praying we stay up as i think it will be a damn sight easier to do it in the premiership than it will be going down a league and coming back up again
Tony's comments about youngsters coming through reminded me of a picture in my local newspaper (Norrköping, Sweden). The picture was of nine players who are in the first team squad of this top-flight football club. These nine players all have one thing in common, they were all born in Norrköping and have all come through the youth system at the club. Maybe in five or ten years time we might be able to match this incredible feat?
Fernandes went well out of his way to praise Ramsey to the heavens. From what I've seen so far I think we're extremely lucky to have a guy like that, who wants to be involved right through the levels of the club. I'm also extremely proud to have Chris Ramsey as the manager of my football club and wish him everything he wishes himself in the advancement of Queens Park Rangers.
