Good Morning Y'all, How are we? How are are South London friends today? It was expected. Get over it!!! Firstly lets talk about the goal. Great free kick or wicked deflection? If deflection, why was Mowatt given the goal? Holloway said after the game : “At least we are creating chances. But I am bitterly disappointed that we haven’t got a point.” Did the Wall deserve a point, or were Leeds just too good? According the The Guardian : "Neil Redfearn’s youngsters have the club on the up after years of turmoil and were far too good for Ian Holloway’s side" What's the truth? Its fair to say that both Millwall and Leeds have had their fair share of crowd disturbances in the past, but should we / they still be paying for it years later? (Holloway) “Why should West Yorkshire Police treat us any differently from everybody else?” he asked. “I don’t understand. Are we so much worse? “We are only treated like that by West Yorkshire Police. Can’t they police a Saturday match? We should be shown the utmost respect like everybody else. After all, the game has moved on and so has supporters’ behaviour, so what is the issue? If I thought they (our fans) were a risk I wouldn’t be saying all this. I am proud of them.” The fans were forced to exchange vouchers for tickets at Woolley Edge services 15 miles from Elland Road. "I don't understand. Are we so much worse? We are only treated like that by West Yorkshire Police. Why should they treat us any differently from everybody else? "After all, the game has moved on and so has supporters' behaviour, so what is the issue?"
Morning all a great 3 points, the goal might have took a slight deflection but either way it looked goal bound. I keep reading reports that Morison is playing well but surely we need a striker playing who can score goals? Will Cani get his chance soon?
Morning all. Of course our youngsters were too good for them. Futures bright once we can keep hold of the talented ones for a couple of seasons to mount a promotion push. Lets face it, if we can be mid table, given all the turmoil in first half of the season, and the previous ten as well, we cant be all bad. Pity we may never see the wallies again though. Wonder who they will plague next
Holloway won't need to worry about ticket allocation with us next season. We won't be in league one and he won't have a job
With 15 games to go I'm not counting my chickens just yet, although I don't think we'll go down unless we go into freefall. Against Wall we had 12 shots at goal with only 3 on target, the ball took a deflection, take that deflection away and we struggled to score, especially with a striker who can't score. The performances haven't really improved, I think there's more yoyoing still to come; if there is it will make the last 15 games exciting, tense, disappointing and with squeaky bum occasions. Whatever happens, wherever we finish, not bottom 3, next season should be our push for promotion, but without Redders.

Leeds deserved to win 3 or 4 goals to nill or 1 if you go by the 1 good chance they had.Morison played well but he's lacking confidence to shoot, wanted 1 too many touches or passed when he just had the keeper to beat.We were far too good and at times were taking the piss out of them, but at 1-0 they always had the chance of flooking a point.
Good morning To Matt and co from a very dull Bardsey Have we a chance of the play offs well we play much of the lower opposition in the last 15 gamesCharlton Wigan Blackpool Brighton Fulham all away and Rotherham at home if we beat that lot we wiill amass 18 points The games which will really define where were at are Boro away Wolves away and Ipswich and Watford at home i was surprised to learn that Josh King who would make a great addition for me for his pace and awareness is a free agent in summer if you can score 3 goals against Stoke you are some player We still need a goal scorer and still need a wide man Knockeart and Woods from Leicester for me Morison needs to be put in the development squad to see if he can get his scoring boots on We must be going to Boro with a great deal of confidence now after the last few games at least we won't have too many detractors on here for a while
Morning Mike, don't think we have the forwards to get in the play offs. If we still had Ross, I'd back us. Doubt we'll be able to lure in the necessary talent in the emergency transfer window
Canni won't get a start because he's not one of Redders kids!! Great 3 points and Redders must be a contender for MOM? Best post January for years because our season normally implodes after Xmas. Just imagine if Redders could pick his best unbiased team, and could organise his tactics, we would be flying. Keeping my fingers crossed that we carry on in this vein, instead of slashing my veins after Xmas
Re Josh King although a free agent in summer he will still be 23 so we will have to pay Rovers a fee for him
Afternoon all, I can't get too carried away by Saturday's game. First half we were dominant and it was a joy to watch. Second half had quite a few of those moments where you watch the match through your fingers. If we play like we played in the second half, a decent team will rip us apart. Morison put in a reasonable performance, but how many strikers have we got that can reach the heights of 'reasonable'. Quite a few. How many are capable of scoring? All of them apart from Morison! If he's only there to win the occasional header then I'd play Cooper there instead of him!
You couldn't make it up - Ipswich want Veg Varney! You'd think they'd have learned with Hunt! http://footballleagueworld.co.uk/ipswich-town-linked-with-loan-move-for-ex-leeds-united-striker/?
