They don't understand it's not time wasting if the ball is in play but Palace can't be bothered pressing

Palace kick the ball out. Ref gives them the throw.

Blimey, the ref didn't give them a foul when Square falls over under no contact <yikes>

Skrtel is a bit of a donkey at times... no chance of winning the ball and just run through the back of the player to give them an easy free kick <doh>

That's 2 FA Cup games in a row we've had to come from behind against 12 men.

Great mental strength from the team but I'd like a fair game for once please FA <ok>

    Good win.

Nice little change at half time from BR as we were taking long range shots in the first half cos we couldn't play through them.

Special mention to Mingnolet, completely different keeper now - I actually trust him at the mo!

Quarter final of the F A Cup to look forward to <diva>

    <ok>

  9. He gave the ball away a few times but other that he did his thing; always a option and willing to work for the team.

It made sense to take off Markovic

No need for pace when they're all behind the ball to begin with <ok>

    Or maybe he just #luckedout

Nice win and fairly comfortable. I assume we will be resting players in the EL then, which is a shame.

Allen improved in the second half and class told in the end. Ref ruined the game by being taken in by them every time they fell over he gave them a free kick

Always around 3 mins in the second half because of substitutions, with the Sakho injury thrown in 5 was about right.

Europa is another chance of a CL place next season so don't think we will rest to many. Sterling should be back as well

See Rodgers #luckedout again with bringing Balotelli on for Markovic.

Defence looked quite shaky today though, maybe a lack of concentration given how much we dominated the ball.

Great save from Mig just before HT to keep us in the game and yet again was good from crosses with his punching. Think he missed 1, but other than that was very good <ok>

Nice to see Sturridge score and cause problems, although think he's still 3 or 4 games from being properly fit and sharp.

Balotelli did well for the goal but thought he was actually pretty anonymous after that.

Anyone else seen the ciringey Nivea advert with Henderson, Sterling and Mignolet? Was just on BT Sports <laugh>

Hendo has a few words but the other 2 just hang around in the backround saying nothing
