    Good Morning Everyone,

Former technical director has brought a High Court damages claim over his dismissal for sending an email containing “obscene” images of naked women in the shower.

Gwyn Williams, 66, who was summarily dismissed for gross misconduct in July 2013, is seeking up to £250,000 in compensation for breach of contract.

He claims that the email he sent to ex-Chelsea colleague Dennis Wise, Gus Poyet - now head coach of Sunderland - and Carol Lamb, a receptionist at the club, was part of a “dirty Leeds” joke, referring to the club’s reputation for heavy tackling in the 1970s.

I think we should be the judge of that. Send the piccies over! <laugh>

Leeds travel down to the Madjeski Stadium tonight in a game we definitely need to get something out of. Our mid week form including beating Bournemouth away has improved drastically from last season, but will it be good enough tonight?

    We lack creativity!

    We lack width

    Our forwards are poor

    What do we need?

Who would be your starting XI tonight?

Morning all, I think we should go back to the 4-2-3-1 formation

We lack a coach/manager who knows what he's doing. We have strikers who will score if chances are created. Our strikers are Sharp, Antonnuci, Montenegro and Cani and we should concentrate on working with them, not rotating them for Morison, Doukara etc. You can bet that the team will be filled with ex academy kids, therefore rubbing up and alienating some of the newbies. Bad man management and lack of respect for the owner and his director of football, who have shelled out for these players. Yes some are for next season, a couple may not make it, but plenty have never even been given a chance

Morning ristac, as we are away, I'd go 5-4-1

Morning doc, we have created more chances then last season yet nobody is on more than 8 goals, whereas McCormack was on over 20 goals this time last season

Good morning Matt and co from a dull Bardsey
I think Cani will start and Austin for Adryan who I think is lightweight especially away from home but otherwise I would agree with your team until we get some wide boys in
I think Glynn Williams must be stupid to send such an email and at 66 should know better he obviously has no respect for a colleague if I were the judge I would throw his case out

The fact he sent copies of naked woman to a female would probably get the judge on wrong side of Williams anyway.

Then again, if the judge went to public school, he wouldn't find the photos in any way arousing. Now if it was young boys, Williams might have been in trouble! :D

Elland we haven't created more chances than last season, and it's only been over the last few games when we created more than 3 shots per game average. So although you may have thought we created more the stats prove different. Also last season we had Smith knock down for Ross and Smith was a foil for Ross, but this season again we have no width, no regular strike partnership, forward or strikers playing wide or alone up top. No cohesion or plan. Hence my worries about Redders

Redfearn really has got a small club mentality. He's talking up the fact we only lost to mighty Brentford by one goal as some kind of success ffs.

Talking about how the players are fighting hard for the right to wear the shirt, that's the minimum requirement of any professional player. It doesn't mean the likes of Morison should warrant a start ahead of Antenucci, who scored his eight goals when we were creating far less chances than we are now.

I'd rather Milanic was still in charge than this clown.

I'm not so sure. Remember, without McCormack we would have gone down last season. He made a lot of goals from nothing
