Got to be 3-5-2 again hasnt it? Really not sure if Jelavic has been saved for this or is genuinely struggling, same with Hernandez. Good idea to give N'Doye a little taste of the Premier League against Man City, which is why i reckon he may play him. Greegsy Dawson Bruce Macca Elmo Brady Jake Hudd Meyler Ramirez N'Doye Though i wouldnt be surprised if its Jelly and Hernandez up top or any combo of the 4. We need an early goal, settle the nerves. I'm going for 2-0.
I suspect that Jelly will be up top with N'Doye and Ramirez will play somewhere behind them. Its a must win so Jelly has to take the field unless he is in a wheel chair.
Joint top scorer this calendar year. Just saying like. Just realised Cleverley will be playing. Lets hope Alex clatters him again. Peach of a tackle that.
Mac Elmo - Mac - Daws - Bruce - Brady Jake - Hudd Ramirez Jelly - The Dame Get at the ****ers early, comfortable 3 nowt.
------------------McGregor--------------------- ----Dawson----Bruce-----Macca------------ Elmo--------------------------------------Brady --------Livermore-------Meyler--------------- ------------------Ramirez------------------------ ---------N'Doye----------Jelavic--------------- I expect to see Huddlestone in, but that CM duo would bring energy to the centre of the park for us.
Manager says home support can be vital to his side.... Steve Bruce is urging fans who haven’t yet bought tickets for Tuesday night’s Barclays Premier League home game against Aston Villa to snap up the remaining seats and roar the Tigers on in what he has billed as one of the biggest matches of his KC Stadium reign. Victory over Villa would carry Bruce’s side out of the bottom three and above their opponents and the manager knows a vocal home crowd can play their part. “The fans always play their part at the KC Stadium,” said Bruce. “I know there are still some tickets left for tomorrow night and I know how difficult it is with the price of football these days, but if you can find it from somewhere, your support will be invaluable. “The bigger the crowd, the louder the support and the better it becomes. Under the lights at the KC, it’s arguably one of the biggest games I’ve had since I’ve been here. “We’ve had a result on Saturday at the right time to bring back a little bit of confidence. This is the most important period of the season for us now and the fans can play their part in it.” Supporters can buy tickets online now and collect them on matchday. Alternatively, visit the KC Stadium Ticket Office from 9am on Tuesday or call 01482 505600. Tickets are priced £35 Adults, £25 Seniors (65+)/16-22 Year-Olds , £12 Juniors aged 11-15 years , £8 Juniors aged 10 and under. I'm tekin our lass to the game tomorrow. Her 4th this season. So far her record is won 2 and drawn 1, so we can't lose fellas. I'm going for 3-0 city.
Spot on for me, this. please log in to view this image (probably find N'Doye in front of Jelly and Ram, out and out striker)
I like that line up but would prefer Quinn in Ramirez spot as he likes to get stuck in and is more aggressive. Obviously a huge game for both sides but if we play as well as we did at Man City we should edge them and will have our strongest two up front with Hernandez in reserve if Jellys knees play up. 2-0 win for City.
I can understand how folk like Quinn, I do, but not necessarily at the expense of Ramirez. I think Ramirez does get stuck in, I am thinking back and may be wrong, but I thought our goal (against MC) was created largely due to Ramirez charging down the ball into their box, staying on his feet and creating the impetus that Livermore squandered and Meyler took. These players were brought in for a reason and I think Ramirez merits being used. Either way, leave Hudds warming the bench with Davies.
I think Ramirez has a brilliance about him. He may look lightweight at times, but his instinctive moves are something else.
No chance, Steve. The utterly detestable and completely clueless owner has ensured the game will be nowhere near a sell out.
Well I'm in the UK and will be at the KC for my only game this season - we've not performed well in other games I've been home - I'm either due to see a resounding win or I'm a jinx.....
Greegsy Elmo Bruce Dawson Macca Brady Huddlestone Meyler Ramirez Jelavic N'Doye I wouldn't want us to play 5-3-2, but we don't really have much choice with such a like of wingers now.
