Not long now, excited by it - just a shame it's from Aus / NZ as nearly all matches kick off between 10.30 p.m. and 3.00 a.m. British time <wah>
There'll be extended highlights I'm sure.
Here's the official web site, which is superb <ok>

Looking forward to it as well, Cromer!

Save yourself for the big games, though. There'll be a fair amount of dross / meaningless games in the 2nd half of the group stages, but you can't beat a World Cup knockout ODI - anything can happen.

Fortunate enough to be going out to oz in a couple of weeks, will be at the bangladesh game in adelaide and hoping we make it through to the knockout rounds. Wish i could have got to the MCG for the aus game next week. Hopefully we'll make the final and i can see them win it there instead!

That is so brilliant! Trip and match reports would be most welcome - if you can spare the time.
I know that globally, cricket lags well behind football, but you try telling that to anyone living on the Asian / Indian subcontinent <yikes>
Have a fantastic time, Billy! <ok>

Yeah thats no worries, will post something up when i get some internet. Not entirely sure of my plans as visiting some extended family at some point so my trip is exceptionally unorganised but will try my best.

I'll wear a norwich shirt at all the england games i'm at so keep a look out if anyones watching

On the basis of the warm up triangular between Eng, Aus and Ind a couple of weeks ago, it's looking good for the Aussies. It will come down to one of the other teams pulling it out of the bag during the knockout phase if they're to be beaten. Otherwise Aus looks right up for it with batting strength in depth and a finisher in Faulkner who is simply devastating (if he's fit). Only potential breather for Eng will be Aus are still tinkering with the bowlers but that said it will still include Mitchell Johnson who still seems hungry for more English flesh.

Looking forward to this and whilst I sympathise with your timing in Eng, welcome to my world trying to watch a Norwich game at 2am... I shall be enjoying it with a couple of cold beers in prime time!!

Enjoy your trip Billy. Adelaide's new stadium is great.

Similar to you HMQC. Matches start late morning to early afternoon for me. Will be in my favourite bar for most of them.
