I agree we shouldn't be relying on loan players. Does my head in pal. Ki did well in some games but flattered to deceive in loads of games. Just my opinion.
Surprised to see you here, what with your dislike for Sunderland. Seriously though, Ki is a fine, fine player. He was a loan player who showed a dip in form while plying with an injury which eventually needed an op. He's just been used as an easy scapegoat in a season which was damn right embarrassing for the players on permanent contracts. All that's forgotten now, except that dip in form from Ki. He's a class above any centre midfielder we currently own.
Sunderland: Pantilimon, Reveillere, O’Shea (c), Vergini, van Aanholt, Bridcutt, Larsson, Gomez, Alvarez, Graham, Defoe. Subs: Brown, Fletcher, Johnson, Coates, Giaccherini, Mannone, Agnew.
Canny team that. Danny Graham has been working very hard and looked very likely of late - his movement is far better than Fletcher's IMO (recently)
I rated Graham at Swansea as a second/third choice striker so am open to being convinced that he's not actually a massive bag of ****e I've grown to believe he is.
