I have mixed feelings about McDowall at the moment. I don't know whether to despise him for being a spineless doormat, or admire him for landing the easiest job in football. He can say exactly what he thinks and all they can do is pay off his contract, which is what he's angling for anyway. Also, no-one can slag him for the team's performance as he's not being allowed to pick it.
You can tell he's walking on eggshells, scared of getting sacked for gross misconduct for saying something wrong. He doesn't bother me. Anyone who pisses off the board should be lauded.
