    He just loves the sound of his own voice. Liverpool will prove to be the pinnacle of his career. After he's sacked by the Yanks in the summer he'll drift from job to job before becoming a part time pundit as he's good for a sound bite. He could replace Garth Crooks.

    Carroll is maybe just annoyed that Brendan selling him has made him maybe the worst transfer ever?

    Anyway due to his price and wages he would have played every week - that doesn't mean the club wouldn't want rid of him for a great price, which West Ham eventually gave.
