I was very silly to suggest Eagles as he has probably been mentioned before so apologize to anyone who did suggest him.I watched him against Town and thought he played well and has vast experience at this level plus a good cropsser and scorer and I maybe wrong here but i think hes only 28
Former Leeds United youth player Simon Lenighan, 20, and another man, Nathan Campbell, 24, were today (Feb 4) each cleared of three charges of rape over the alleged incident at the Etap hotel in Leeds city centre. A jury of seven men and five woman reached the verdicts after a four-week trial at Doncaster Crown Court. Members of Lenighan’s family wept with relief in the public gallery as the verdicts were announced by the jury foreman. After the case, Lenighan told the YEP he was now hoping to get his football career “back on track.” He said: “I am happy with the verdict and that the truth has come out. “It just feels like I could not get my life going. I’m just glad that it is now all over.” Lenighan, now a player for Harrogate Town, gave evidence at the trial in which he told the court the allegations and subsequent court proceedings had led to him losing his contract with Leeds United.
Regarding Bellusci, even if he did say it, he wasn't telling a lie, now if he had called him a paki, well then I could understand the player getting annoyed...
Very good coach. Got teams promoted. Did well for England. Good track record in getting young players through, including managing his own academy, we do have a very young squad.
Didn't he say that disabled people were the way they were as they must have done wrong in a previous life?
This is quite an interesting article: http://roblufc.org/2015/02/04/fa-ch...eaking-in-italian-to-jerome-by-rob-atkinson/? States that part of Bellusci's argument revolves around a mix up and that Bellusci was actually saying "you cannot deny the elbow" after being elbowed. With the confusion being that the italian for "deny" is in fact "negare". If this isnt grounds for chucking out the case for 'reasonable doubt' then what the hell is?! There aren't even any witnesses!
That's the one then he had to step down as England manager. Not done bad since then with Southampton and Wolves. Someone mentioned Souness earlier, wouldn't touch him. He's like Dalglish great history, great Rep but isn't that great anmore

As I recall he almost joined us, literally was on his way to sign contract. He has turned us down on three separate occasions I believe, then again, so did Michael Brown
