Age 21 and plays CM. Came through the youth ranks at Bournemouth & made 3 appearances for them since April 2012. Been on loan a lot to mainly non league and one football league side. When I seen the name and the teams he has been on loan to, I thought it wasnt the best of signings. But then you see he has played 10 games for Torquay this season so knows what this league is about and will have that bit of experience against the players/teams he has already came up against. Also he is just here for 1 month, to allow Sinclair to get back. It not a permanent signing. I really dont know why some get so angry. My initial reaction was is Lockyer a better option in CM but then I think I prefer Lockyer at RB right now and we are short in CM area. I think we need a striker though until we know more about Easter.
Josh Wakefield was willing to come. He has had experience of this league with Torquay. The lad from Southend turned us down according to the local news, Better to have a willing player than some one who doesn't want to be here at least we should expect him to put in decent effort. James Mcnamara said no more business for Rovers today and thinks we wont get another striker until more is known on Easter's injury. Loan window opens next week so he thinks if needed DC will use the loan market then. Makes sense and I agree with this. Im sure we can get by our next game with Lincoln with the 3 strikers. If somehow 2 strikers get injured before or during the game, we have Balanta and Monkhouse who can play as a forward if needed. But staying with 3 strikers for weeks/months then we are asking for trouble.
