Got it wrong, its Streete going instead of Good. Whoops.

Though can you blame me for getting confused, it really is a bizarre deadline day even by our standards. If Good is fit, I'd really like to see him as he was touted to go to the world cup last summer.

These 5 players being loaned to Rangers is surely just MA taking the piss now. How is this even allowed?

    It's ridiculous.

I'm gobsmacked. I can't make any sense of it.

Would love to know who will be paying their salaries but i have this feeling the majority will be paid by us. I would have thought this is exactly why an owner is not allowed to control 2 clubs. Suspect this deal might bring the whole ownership thing to a head which might not be a bad thing.

All I can guess is that it's an effort to improve Rangers' chances of making it through the playoffs. Perhaps it's Carr advising Charnley to cut his losses and make room for new faces in the summer when the new coach is agreed. To be fair, none of us expected any of the 5 mentioned to make it into the starting XI this year with the possible exception of Bigi, and midfield is the area we're best off for squad depth what with Abeid making more of an impression.

The lack of incoming signings was predictable, HBA was persona non grata with the club and MYM would never in a month of Sundays have returned to sit on the bench behind Willo. The only big surprise from here is Santon's departure, was looking forward to him making a return along with de Jong, Aarons, Obertan and Abeid.

Does anyone expect Lubo Satka or Curtis Good to be making appearances at CB before the season is over?

I think the club are just clearing the decks for the summer.

Absolutely...willo will get injured and if colo keeps on putting in performances similar to that of late he's gonna have to be dropped....and don't even think about Dummet being chucked in there cos he'll have to cover haidara when he gets crocked...we're ****ed !

I would have thought they will have to. Obviously Dummett has a knock at present. Colo is pretty injury prone. So I can see a Willo and Good/Satka combo at some point. Indeed it would be pretty surprising if it didn't happen.

It'll be if Williamson and Colo both get injured that it will be interesting. Satka and Good in the center. #Unbreachable.

Don't get me wrong I'd have been quite happy to see Good and Streete get some game. Satka looks a little weak at this stage but in time. Streete and Good could not do worse than Willo. Could they?

I have no problem with the kids being loaned to Rangers, as none of them where likely to be playing a great deal for the rest of the season (at least we retained Good as some sort of cover for the fantastic four that are our total defence) ...but do not, for one second, believe that this is for their development/game time..that's a useful by-product of the deal ONLY..This is about MA strengthening his hand re the SPF and control of Rangers.

As JT said.. this might bring things to a head (hopefully) .. The SPF hearing is in early march and might well resolve cross border/dual ownership etc etc ...that said...knowing national FA's and their spineless, craven behaviour..it probably wont

I reckon these lads have been offered a little bonus for getting Rangers promoted, I don't think its beneficial to play in the Scot's second division when somea these lads were in championship last few seasons
