Lets be honest, Lennon on loan would have been a great deal. He'd offer something different on the right wing and he's got blistering pace, plus he'd be the ideal replacement for Ben Arfa.. But he's turned us down and we move on. But all this "Good, never wanted him anyway" attitude is ridiculous. He's better than any winger we have at the club and if Everton, Stoke, West Brom & QPR are all in for him its obvious other managers also rate him.
He's a very big lad, he's 6ft 6 but again he's League 1 standard, we want somebody who's at least played in the top flight of a countries league set up.

N'Doye and his multitude of agents have caught a us with our pants down. The world saw how terrible we are over the last 6 months, how much we need extra firepower, we clearly have no other targets lined up as Bruce has flown out to France to get the deal over the line, and that shows just how much we're relying on him as our main target with hours to go. They can sit there til 22:50 saying "£60k p/w and £500k for the 6 of us agents. And a Ferrari each. And a 3 week holiday to the Maldives.
